Mr Falchenberg is currently the Vice President of Electronic Media at Schibsted and sits on the board of several of Schibsted's new media subsidiaries and investments.

He was previously an Editor of the newspaper Aftenposten before spearheading Schibsted's push into online and telecommunications. He served as Vice President of Scandinavia Online from 1995 to 1997, CEO of Schibsted Telecom from 2000 to 2002 and CEO of Schibsted Sok in 2005.

He received an MBA from the BI Norwegian School of Management in 1993, majoring in media.
