Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced professional, who is driven, to ensure our customers receive the right service, at the right place, at the right time. Qualified candidates for this position need to be focused on details and service, while instilling the same desire in our established customer service team. You must maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail.


Requirements:

A Customer Service Manager is a role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage the department wisely in order to achieve maximum results.

Prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain a designated industry/category account list
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Pitch new business to direct clients
Provide constant updates on client research and industry special information.

• A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required
• At least 3 years of customer service management experience, preferably in media / advertising industry
to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Internet-savvy and computer-literate
• You should also be effectively bilingual
